Developed by Behavioral Health Link, the app will allow youth to call, text, or chat with GCAL 24/7/365. Help is in your pocket–just a click away. The caring professionals of GCAL are ready to help, and users can choose how they want to reach out.

Coping with Stress and Anxiety during a Pandemic
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic is unlike
anything most of us have experienced in healthcare.
According to the Centers for Disease Control, fear
and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming
and cause strong emotions in adults and children.
However, coping with the stress and anxiety can
make you, your family and your community stronger.
You or a loved one may be suffering from stress or
anxiety if you’re experiencing any of the following
symptoms:
• Fear and worry about
you and/or your loved
ones health
• Changes in sleep or
eating patterns
• Difficulty sleeping or
concentrating
• Worsening of chronic
health problems
• Worsening of mental
health conditions
• Increased use of
alcohol, tobacco or
other drugs
